Cancellations

Please submit order cancellations by email to info@tallywhackers.net. Cancellations must include all information as it appears on your order form; customer name, address, order number. Also include your email address. Every effort will be made to cancel your order providing the cancellation information is received prior to your order being shipped out. If a cancellation order was submitted and your order was sent out after the cancellation date and time, Tallywhackers will refund the complete balance including the shipping fees. If it is documented that your cancellation order was placed after the shipping date and time, upon return of the merchandise, Tallywhackers will refund the cost of the merchandise only. No refund will be issued for shipping costs.
